Profile

I love work and being valuable to others. I like making work become easy to me, not work to be easy. I am self-motivated. A self-starter. A problem solver, and result oriented. Customer-centric. Learning is my pastime. I take ownership of my growth, and I expect a challenging job to be the growth opportunity a company has for me.

Experience

Inside Sales Representative at Accenture

Heredia, Costa Rica
January 2025 - April 2025

Applied an efficient profiling method that allowed me to reach customers with a high percentage of success, often directly to the right person, and dealing with gatekeepers with few inconveniences.

Due to previous experiences as a seller and as a user of the marketed services, the learning curve was not a problem for me, building an ownership of the product quickly and thus becoming able to engage with customers, reducing objections and handling them successfully.

Unlike other sales experiences I’ve had, we were measured by the amount of leads qualified, and not by the revenue generated. Yet, I started working towards these results of qualifying as many leads as possible through consultative sales calls and emails, and started reaching my metrics successfully.

Customer Service Representative at Foundever

Heredia, Costa Rica
March 2024 - January 2025

Customers complimented me often for my english, which according to them, they compared to that of a native one. Due to this, conversations with customers were pleasing, fluent and easy. And that, customers appreciated it a lot.

The problem solving abilities I showed along with the product ownership I developed by taking personal time to learn about the service I was working for, allowed me to be a good listener and solve problems efficiently, always ensuring customer satisfaction, which always is my main priority.

I excelled at my job to such an extent that it was rare for me to receive escalation requests from my customers, or to simply have customers express anger at me, considering that this was a banking service, and my department specifically dealt with blocked payments, freezed accounts, stolen money and more.

Project Manager at Ultrazonic Magazine

Heredia, Costa Rica
January 2018 - Present

I’ve had the opportunity to work on various projects with this agency, and for each I’ve had different roles.

As a project manager, I’ve worked to ensure satisfaction, manage customer requests, resolve conflicts between different stakeholders, ensure deliverables are produced on time, on budget and with quality, among others.

While I do not work full time on this agency, it is still a common practice to handle a list of prospects, qualify leads, and every 2 or 3 months close a sale and start a new project with a client, normally in the 5 figure range in American dollars. We tend to work with customers from the US and Canada.

And as a marketing and software specialist, I’ve worked with different specialists including designers, copywriters, SEO and Advertising specialists, to build landing pages, websites, and emails for marketing campaigns.
